Planter with Texture

Hand build a small planter that you will glaze on your own! Trainer will demonstrate building during class, and step-by-step instructions will be emailed to you. Sprig mold, texture rollers, templates and form will be used to construct your unique piece.

Prerequisite skills:

Completion of Hand Building 101 and 102 or equivalent experience

Supplies students MUST bring:

Stoneware clay or stoneware clay slab, plus additional clay for sprig molds
Basic hand building tools to include needle tool and rib.

Cost and prepayment terms:

$2.00 covers the cost of templates, payable to Cheryl Moloney. Prepayment DUE BY MAY 7.

Put payment in an envelope marked “Cheryl’s Planter Class” (include YOUR name if paying in cash). Place in locker #1 to the right of the treasurer’s box (Do NOT put payment IN the treasurer’s box).
