In this class you will learn how to apply three glazing techniques to a bisque piece:
- 1. Roll your bisque piece in shaving cream and underglazes for a marble effect;
- 2. Blow a bubble design on a bisque piece with underglazes and soap;
- 3. Sponge glazes on a bisque piece for a unique effect.
These three techniques are fun and easy to do. You will be amazed how your pieces come out. Please bring your own bisque piece for each process. Bring small items to try it. Each of these three techniques works best on bisque with a smooth surface.
Cost is $15 to cover cost of supplies, paid to Instructor on the day of class. All supplies will be provided with the exception of your bisque pieces that you bring. Space is limited to 10 students. All skill levels are welcome.
