This class is the beginning Cone 6/Hand building class. We will introduce students to the joys of hand building. You will learn to wedge clay, use the slab roller and learn the correct glazes to use for Cone 6. You will also learn where to put your items to dry, get bisque, and where to put your items for firing. You will learn to score and slip an item, and lastly glaze an item.

Supplies student MUST bring:
Clay, slip, tarps and more are provided. But bring your cutting tools, brushes and sponge.
Cost:
Cost is $20.00 payable IN ADVANCE to Sun City Anthem Community Association, Inc. Place payment in envelope labeled with class title, class date, your name, and put in Treasurer’s box locker #1. The DEADLINE for making payment to retain your enrollment is April 6. Class fee is not refundable after this date.
